POR MEDIO DE LA CUAL SE ADOPTA LA RECOMENDACIÓN PARA EL CONTROL SOBRE LOS DOCUMENTOS EXPEDIDOS EN LA GOBERNACIÓN DE NARIÑO
PARA: Funcionarios y Contratistas de la Gobernación de Nariño

ASUNTO: Control sobre documento expedidos en la Gobernación de Nariño
FECHA: 13 de abril de 2016
Que por recomendación de la Oficina de Control Interno de Gestión se hace necesario que toda la “Documentación No Controlada” en la que se incluyen Decretos, Resoluciones, Acuerdos, Comunicados, Oficios, Memorandos y Circulares deberán incluir en la parte final de su contenido información en la que se diligencie quien proyecta (siempre), quien revisa y aprueba (cada qué vez que se requiera) el documento producido, como se muestra a continuación:
Que atendiendo lo dispuesto en el Manual del Programa de Gestión Documental de la Gobernación de Nariño, la información anterior debe ser escrita en letra Arial, no cursiva, tamaño 7 puntos. El cumplimiento de las directrices impartidas en la presente circular, a partir de la expedición de la misma tiene carácter vinculante y es de obligatorio cumplimiento.
