CIRCULAR No. 02 - 2018
COMUNICANDO NUEVA HERRAMIENTA PARA SOLICITAR Y RECIBIR ASISTENCIA TÉCNICA.
La Secretaría TIC, Innovación y Gobierno Abierto informa a los funcionarios de la Gobernación de Nariño que a partir de la fecha el proceso para recibir asistencias técnicas, debe realizarse mediante el uso de la herramienta de mesa de ayuda S.O.S TIC.
¿S.O.S TIC QUE ES?
Es la nueva plataforma para mesa de ayuda TIC, que remplaza a la ya conocida ”Asistencia técnica de la intranet"
¿PARA QUÉ SIRVE?
Ahora cualquier petición que se haga a soporte TIC como daño a los equipos, solicitudes, fallas en el internet, se deben reportar única y exclusivamente por el aplicativo.
¿DONDE LO ENCUENTRO?
En la intranet en la parte superior derecha con el icono de S.O.S TIC.
Para mayor información se recomienda dar lectura a la circular completa, revisar el manual de uso de la herramienta anexos y algunos acuerdos del aplicativo S.O.S TIC.
