Documento "Bases para la Formulación del Plan de Desarrollo Departamental de Nariño 2012-2015".

El anterior documento continúa en Construcción Participativa, con las y los nariñenses de las 13 subregiones : Sanquianga, Pacifico Sur, Telembi, Pie de Monte Costero, Exprovincia de Obando, La Sabana, Cordillera, Centro, Abades, Occidente, Guambuyaco, Juanambú y Río Mayo; y además con los diferentes representantes en dialogos Temáticos y Poblacionales, para después de concertado este documento con toda la comunidad nariñense, tener nuestro Plan de Desarrollo Departamental 2012-2015.
